Core Competency Framework of the Graduate Institute of Gerontechnology

The Graduate Institute of Gerontechnology, MacKay Medical University follows the University’s educational foundations of the four core competencies: “Reverence for Heaven, Compassion for Others,” “Social and Environmental Responsibility,” “Humanistic Care,” and “Team Spirit,” representing the dimensions of Heaven, Earth, People, and Mind.

It further links to the Institute’s five core professional competencies, establishing a systematic, structured, and assessable model for competency development and talent cultivation.
